New to therapy?

What to expect

I support people from all walks of life, I am a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion welcoming all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, abilities, body sizes, faiths and family structures. I have experience working with those navigating grief, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loneliness, identity crisis, spiritual existential crisis, childhood traumas, disordered eating, sexual assault, racism, neurodiversity and sexual identity. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we can start wherever you are. Some people come for a short while, others for longer; there's no pressure and no rush.

In therapy, we gently explore the emotional "clouds" that shape your inner landscape—where they came from, why they’re here, and how they might shift. Sometimes they protect and sometimes they need to release for the light to return.

I endeavour to work in a non-judgemental way and will not advise or tell you what to do but help you to find it for yourself.
